  1. My PIN doesn’t work?

  2. I want to fill out a survey, but don’t have a PIN? My school wasn’t contacted to fill out a survey.
    • Please contact Customer Service by email at educator@gijobs.com or by phone at 877-445-6271 x138.
  3. Why has my school’s profile data changed?
    • In order to ensure that we receive the most comprehensive information for our Guide to Military Friendly Schools, we reached out to multiple contacts both on your school’s admissions and marketing staff with access to the same survey. The first contact to go into your survey and submit any responses will by default complete the survey. Others who respond to the survey after the first contact will be able to edit survey data. You will notice a date-time and last edited stamp in the top right corner of each page. This stamp will let you know the last time and contact that updated that page.
  4. How will this information be used?
    • The data provided in the survey will be used to determine your school’s military friendliness.
  5. There is incorrect data in our schools’ profile, can I edit the profile?
    • Yes – Up until 05/27/2011 you will have the ability to go back and edit or add data. You will need to re-enter your school’s PIN to make the edits.
  6. When will the Guide to Military Friendly Schools be published?
    • The 2012 Guide will be available around September 2011.

"The faculty and staff at the University of Tampa are extremely supportive of veterans and helped make the transition from Soldier to student as seamless as possible. That, combined with the fact that the university is down the road from my hometown, made the decision a no-brainer for me."
