Policy on the transfer of creditsThe university accepts transfer credits from accredited institutions to the limits permitted for meeting minimum resident units. Required Units for Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctorate: 120, 45, and 60 respectively. Minimum Resident Units for Bachelor’s, Master’s and Doctorate: 30, 24, and 51 respectively. Maximum Transfer Units for Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctorate: 90, 21, and 9 respectively.

Military students called to active service return without penalty policyNo penalties, either academically or financially, are implemented for absences required by military duties. Leave of absences are limited to 6 weeks. Students who deploy for more than 6 weeks, and do not participate in the online courses, are removed from the active student status. When the student returns and is ready to resume study, they are re-admitted without financial penalty. There is no admission fee, no registration fee, and the tuition price in effect at the original enrollment is applied, without applying any tuition increases during the absence.
