Evaluation of transfer credits may take up to 8 weeks. Order your official transcripts from all previous colleges. Get admitted to RCC and apply for a transcript evaluation toward your declared major. If you have taken a course more than 10 years ago, you will need to provide a course descriptions that you want considered toward your degree. For evaluation of military credit, submit an evaluation request form and a DD214 or military transcript.

RCC recognizes our veterans on our campuses by having a Veterans Advisor for campuses located in Grants Pass and Medford. Also RCC provides other assistance for our student veterans through our TRiO’s Educational Opportunity Center (TRiO - EOC). This program was designed with Veterans in mind, and if you choose to participate, their staff will assist you through the process of enrolling, taking the placement test and registering for classes. In addition, RCC campuses have Veteran Clubs that are available to VA students to participate in, and work with, our local communities.
