Policy on the transfer of credits
Full credit is granted for satisfactory work (C- or better) taken in regionally accredited colleges or universities. Credit is not normally transferred from unaccredited schools unless approved by the Director of Admissions or the Vice President for Academic Affairs, and then may be limited to 60 semester hours of work. A maximum of 30 hours of Bible courses and 30 hours of non-Bible courses are normally transferable from Bible colleges and institutes. All transfer students must complete a minimum of 60 hours at Grace College to be eligible for a degree from Grace.

Policy concerning students who are involuntarily activated for military service
Students are offered an opportunity to complete their current courses through correspondence. Students are also offered the opportunity to get Incomplete grades for all courses and allowed to complete the remainder of the semester upon their return. Students are also offered a 100% refund for the current semester.

Grace College is committed to serving our Veteran Students. Our student/teacher ratio is about 20/1 which allows for more personalized attention. Our VA Student Services Officer is currently an Army National Guard Chaplain, giving him personal experience with your needs. With this being said, we have people on staff that understand unique Veteran needs.Our SVO is supportive of our students and find pride in being equipped to serve Veterans from the beginning of their higher education experience to their entry into the workforce. Finally, Grace college will prepare students for the next phase in life by offering them a quality education and life experience. The 3-year degree prgram also optimizes GI Bill benefits.
